Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment and only accept orders from within the United Kingdom.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. Shipping And Handling For UK orders Ink-n-things makes a minimum delivery charge of £1.00p on inkjet cartridges.However for all other items delivery is charged at £6.00. We do not sell items outwith the United Kingdom. The delivery charge is non-refundable.

Delivery Schedule We try to deliver your order right away. All items displayed on the site are in stock.

We send all small UK orders by First Class Royal Mail, on all orders received before 3pm on the day of ordering . Orders received after 3pm are sent next working day. Orders received at weekends are dealt with on the next normal working day. For large orders we will send your order to you by courier delivery, next day delivery is available at extra cost.

Back Orders If for any reason your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges We are a small business and are not currently registered for VAT purposes. Therefore the price you see for an item is the price you pay. VAT will not charged

You are allowed to cancel your order within 7 working days without having to give a reason. The 7 working days start from the day after the day the customer receives the goods. You are also given the right to a "Cooling off period" during which you may cancel the order for any reason.
